"Boruto" the manga is set to release early this week, and spoilers have already emerged. With that being said, here are some scans you can look at.
In the spoiler, we see an older version of Boruto fighting against a strange character with tattoos all over his body and blond/black hair. Who is this mysterious character?
What's also strange is that they are fighting in a destroyed version of the Village Hidden in the Leaf. Is this a genjutsu or is this truly how the manga starts off?
"Boruto" will release once a month in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump. The latest "Boruto" chapter is over 50 pages long, so it seems like every monthly release will be about the same length in pages.
Recently, "Naruto" chapter 711 showed us a few things about the current "Naruto" world. For one, Orochimaru is not as devious as he used to be. Of course, he still engages in immoral human experimentation, but it seems he now does so with the intention of learning about the world, not destroying it. We saw this with his two artificial Mitsuki clones. Both characters don't seem to hold contempt towards him, and it seems he wants them to find their own path.
Mitsuki's personal chapter hinted to what may be quite the action-packed sequel. Considering Mitsuki's strength, it's unlikely that he will be wasted as a fighter. As he currently stands, he is without a doubt stronger than both Boruto and Sarada. Kabuto used his dragon sage ability during the Fourth Shinobi War, and it took someone of the caliber of Itachi to stop him.
The question that remains about the "Boruto" world is the dangers that ninjas like Boruto and Mitsuki will face. Since all of the five main countries are under an alliance, what opposition will the new generation of ninja face?
If these spoilers point to anything, it's that the "Boruto" world will be filled with conflict.
