Ajin Manga Bundles 2nd Anime DVD in 9th Volume

OAD depicting everyday lives of characters debuts on October 7

The official website of the Ajin anime project announced on Thursday that the ninth volume of Gamon Sakurai'sAjin - Demi-Human manga will have a limited edition that will bundle an original anime DVD on October 7. TheOAD will have two stories titled "Kei, Kō, Tosaki, Shimomura in Kakurega no Ryokan" and "Satō and Tanaka in Himitsu no Ajito." The limited edition will cost 3,600 yen (about US$29.50).
The site describes the OAD:
A special side story depicting the everyday lives of the characters. This will let people see the unexpected and frank reactions that were never shown in the TV anime or films. Taking forbidden peeks at their lives might become a habit!
A limited edition of the manga's eighth volume will also bundle an OAD on May 6. POLYGON PICTURES is once again animating the OAD, and it will also animate the OAD in the ninth volume.
Netflix streamed new episodes of the television anime series in Japan three days after they aired on television, and streamed the full series outside of Japan after it finished airing. The second anime film will open on May 6, and the third film will open on September 23.
Sakurai launched the manga in Kodansha's good! Afternoon magazine in 2012, and Kodansha published the seventh compiled book volume in Japan last November. Vertical published the seventh volume in North America on February 23. Crunchyroll is posting new chapters as Kodansha publishes them in Japan.
