Following the OP song "DISORDER" by Yousei Teikoku, Lantis has also posted a four-minute full music video for "Kire Sekai Tsuiware," the OP theme song for the ongoing TV anime adaptation of Sakae Esuno's sci-fi action manga series BIG ORDER, performed by 49-year-old singer-songwriterAki Hata. The CD single is set to be released in Japan on May 25.
As a song lyric writer, she has been working on many popular anime titles, including Azumanga Daioh(2002), My-HiME (2004), The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (2006), Lucky Star (2007), Squid Girl(2011), and Is the order a rabbit? (2014), but she is probably best known for her contributions to theLove Live! franchise. She wrote the lyrics of all songs performed by its VA unit μ's.
