Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Break Time Anime Shorts' 2nd Episode Posted

2nd comedy short aired in Japan on April 19 & will stream for limited time

The official website for the Re: Life in a different world from zero (Re: Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu) television anime series began streaming the second episode of Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Break Time on Tuesday. The spinoff anime short series airs after each episode of the main anime's airing.
In the beginning of the video, Subaru and Felt are walking together. Subaru comments that he would like to at least walk with her in a more beautiful place, holding hands. Felt asks if Subaru has a thing for younger girls, and Subaru replies that he is actually more into older women. Subaru tells her not be so tense around him, but if she really wants to get rid of him, at least lead him directly to the place they're headed instead of leading him on a detour. Shocked, Felt asks how he knew she was doing this. Subaru says that he has good directional senses, but in fact, he is only bluffing.
After Felt agrees to lead him more directly to his destination. They end up having a conversation about the world's system of recording time. Felt shows him what they use as a clock: a magic crystal that shows what time it is by changing colors. Midnight to 6 a.m. is the Wind Period, represented by green, the next six hours is the Fire Period, represented by red, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. is the Water Period, represented by blue, and finally, the final six hours of the day is the Earth Period, represented by yellow. When Felt tries to explain the color system, Subaru interrupts her, saying he's heard enough. Felt says that he has quite an attitude for someone who asked her about the system in the first place.
